About the Role

Novitates is hiring a self-driven, senior Inside Sales Manager to grow our pipeline and revenue in the United States. This is a fully remote, desk-based inside sales role — you’ll sell over phone, email, video, and LinkedIn rather than in the field. It’s an individual-contributor position with no direct reports: you personally own outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and moving opportunities through the funnel.

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable with high-activity outreach, disciplined about CRM and follow-up, and experienced selling IT/technology services remotely into the US market. A background in Pega or comparable enterprise platform sales is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

  • Run high-volume outbound prospecting — cold calls, email sequences, and follow-ups — to build a consistent, qualified pipeline in the US market.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted prospect lists, identify decision-makers, run advanced searches and saved-lead alerts, and execute social-selling outreach.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads (BANT / MEDDIC or similar) and progress them through the early and mid stages of the sales cycle.
  • Conduct discovery calls and virtual product/service demos over video.
  • Nurture prospects and decision-makers across multiple touchpoints until they’re sales-ready, then close or hand off per the deal motion.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene, data quality, and accurate forecasting (e.g., Salesforce / HubSpot), and keep prospect/account records clean and up to date in the database.
  • Hit and exceed weekly/monthly activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked) and quarterly pipeline / revenue targets.
  • Partner with marketing on campaigns and with pre-sales/delivery on solutioning and smooth handoffs.
  • Stay sharp on Novitates’ offerings (with a Pega focus), the competitive landscape, and US buyer trends.

What We’re Looking For

Must-have
  • 7–8 years of B2B inside sales experience in IT services, software, or technology.
  • Proven track record of self-generating pipeline and hitting/exceeding an individual quota in a remote, desk-based selling environment.
  • Strong outbound prospecting skills — comfortable and effective on the phone and over email/video.
  • Demonstrated success selling into the US market and US time-zone working hours.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and consultative selling skills.
  • Disciplined, metrics-driven, and highly organized with CRM tools and cadences.
  • Hands-on proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting, lead targeting, and social selling.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics) — pipeline management, reporting, and forecasting.
  • Comfort with database / lead management and data tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, Excel/Google Sheets) for building, cleaning, segmenting, and maintaining prospect data and lists.

Strongly preferred

  • Experience selling Pega solutions or services (BPM, CRM, decisioning, automation) — or a comparable enterprise platform ecosystem (e.g., Salesforce, Appian, ServiceNow, UiPath).
  • Familiarity with sales engagement / cadence tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.).
  • Existing network of US enterprise / mid-market contacts.
