Open Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Working technical knowledge of integration (SOAP & REST) strategies, including web services.
• Hands-on experience in Case Management, Flows, Activities, Data Pages, and Declarative Rules.
• Experience working on Pega PRPC 7.x/8.x versions.
• Knowledge of Job Scheduler, Queue Processor, and Pega architecture.
• Ability to design, develop, test, and deploy Pega applications based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks with high quality.
• Basic understanding of UI design and Pega portals.
• Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies for project execution.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:
Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2–5 years of hands-on Pega development experience
• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) – Mandatory
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) – Mandatory
• Basic knowledge of Java, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of database concepts (SQL/Oracle)
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Pega integrations and decisioning
• Experience with Pega Insurance Framework and Insurance domain will be an added advantage
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Knowledge of CI/CD or DevOps tools
