Lead end-to-end architecture and design of enterprise Pega applications.

Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, product owners, and development teams.

Design reusable application components while ensuring adherence to Pega Guardrails and industry best practices.

Review application architecture, code quality, and technical designs to maintain delivery excellence.

Mentor developers, conduct technical reviews, and provide architectural guidance throughout implementation.

Drive performance optimization, application security, maintainability, and governance.

Support deployment planning, production releases, and resolution of critical technical issues.
