Job Description

Lead a team of Pega developers to deliver enterprise-grade applications.

Review application design, code quality, and overall solution architecture to ensure compliance with Pega Guardrails.

Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.

Design, develop, and implement scalable Pega solutions aligned with business requirements.

Mentor developers, provide technical guidance, and promote engineering best practices.

Participate in sprint planning, effort estimation, backlog grooming, and solution reviews.

Support integration development using REST and SOAP services.

Identify technical risks and proactively resolve implementation challenges.
