Job Description

Define enterprise architecture and solution strategy for large-scale Pega implementations.

Lead application architecture, solution design, and technical governance across multiple projects.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.

Lead Customer Service (CS) implementation initiatives using the Pega Platform.

Establish architectural standards, coding practices, and governance frameworks aligned with Pega Guardrails.

Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design assessments to ensure delivery quality.

Mentor Lead Architects, Senior System Architects, developers, and technical teams, fostering engineering excellence.

Identify technical risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and resolve complex architectural challenges.
